Hello, My name is Kirk Dolinski. I'm a Russian-American born in Moscow on December 10, 1988 where my family and I resided until moving to the United States in 1990. I have just finished my senior year at Forest Hills High School, and will now be attending Queensborough Community College until transferring into Baruch, where I plan to major in marketing and advertising. I enjoy reading, learning about the world and life, new experiences and new ways of thinking and my hobbies include snowboarding, fishing and customizing computers. I was introduced to the LFC through Dr. Tom Stevens, a great hardworking and extremely helpful man, after meeting him at a movie theatre where I worked. Once I met Dr. Tom Stevens, he really made me think about life and my future from another angle. I was an usher at a movie theatre and Dr. Tom Stevens was at the head of the line waiting to be admitted into the auditorium so he may enjoy his film. He kindly struck up a conversation with me and spoke to me about school, his achievements and about networking. He handed me his card for future reference. At the time, I didn't think I would need it but little did I know. A few months later, I sustained a minor injury due to carelessness on anothers behalf, and called Dr. Tom Stevens for legal advice. During our conversation, we also discussed politics, our views and what we want out of life. By the end of the conversation, he offered to teach me usefull skills and invited me to check out the LFC. Today, I have already read the goals and purposes of the LFC, and believe I would be a great addition to the LFC members. I feel I have always been a Libertarian at heart, but have now found a way to project my voice with others who share the same beliefs as I.
I thank Dr. Tom Stevens for all his kind effort and it is my goal to learn from him and others as much as I can.
