The Libertarian Freedom Council's Victory Project is responsible for collecting data in four categories that include the following:

1. Presidential Ballot Access Requirements By State

2. Major/Minor Party Ballot Access Requirements By State

3. Which State LPs Have Obtained Major/Minor Party Ballot Access And What Steps The Remaining States Are Taking To Obtain This Status

4. A List Of Libertarian Party Candidates Who Have Won Elective Office Running As Libertarians In Contested Races.
